Every church is different. These prices are a starting point, and I'm glad to shape a plan around what you need. Each year I also set aside one spot at a reduced rate for a church that couldn't otherwise afford help.

FAQ

Church communications pricing questions

What counts as one request?

One finished piece in its standard sizes. A sermon series graphic with its slide, social, and print versions counts as one request. Each request includes two rounds of revisions. Unused requests don't roll over.

How does billing work?

I invoice on the 1st of each month for that month's work. The first month is due before we begin, and invoices are due within 15 days. You can pay by bank transfer, card, or check.

Is there a long contract?

No. We start with 90 days so there's time to build your brand kit and find a rhythm. After that it's month to month, and either of us can end it with 30 days' notice.

What happens in the first 30 days?

We have a kickoff call, I build your brand kit and templates, and we map out your first monthly plan around your sermon series and calendar.

Do you only work with churches in Jacksonville?

No. Most of the work happens remotely, so I can help churches anywhere. In the Jacksonville area I also meet with you in person at your church: as needed on Foundation, monthly on Growth, and weekly on Communications Director. Churches elsewhere get that same time by video. Sunday visits and filming are included for the Jacksonville area; filming elsewhere is quoted separately.

Who owns the work?

Your church does. Once it's paid for, the finished graphics, videos, templates, and writing are yours to use however you like.

Can you build or manage our website?

Yes. I can refresh your current site or build a new one, then keep it current with Website Care. Website Care is $150 a month on its own, $100 a month added to any package, and included in Communications Director.

What if our needs don't fit a package?

That's common. Tell me what you need and I'll shape a plan around it, whether that's a smaller scope, a seasonal campaign, or a single project.
