Helping ChurchTrac reach the churches they serve.
As Content Marketing and Creative Manager at ChurchTrac, I made an interactive savings calculator, a motion ad and paid social campaigns, game ads for a sibling brand, and a new content brand built from scratch.

A calculator that does the math for them
For a Church Software Budget Checkup campaign, I designed and wrote a calculator for the blog. A church adds the tools it pays for today, and the calculator flags the overlap and estimates what it could save on one plan. It is honest when the answer is “you’re already lean.”

A working prototype. The example prices for other tools are placeholders.
The whole pitch in 30 seconds
“What makes ChurchTrac different” is a 30-second motion ad built on the same idea as the paid social: one simple platform, priced for small churches, with real people answering support. I wrote and directed it with kinetic type, a 3D product dashboard, pricing, and support moments, ending on the logo.
The dashboard in the ad is a recreation with sample data, not real church data.
Three rounds of ads for one idea
The message was simple: ChurchTrac replaces a stack of separate church tools with one affordable plan. I wrote and designed three rounds of ads for it. The first redesigned an existing ad and added new concepts like a receipt and a sticky note of logins. The second tested proven ad formats. The third went bolder, with big type and the kind of humor church staff share with each other.

Retro game ads for a sibling brand
ChurchQuack is a ChurchTrac sibling brand of free, 8-bit style browser games about church life. I made the ads for three of the games, each built in square, feed, and story sizes, with a headline any church staff member would recognize.

A sibling brand, built from scratch
ChurchTrac wanted a content brand for practical tips church leaders could use right away: videos, a podcast, and social. It needed to feel like its own thing, a sibling to ChurchTrac rather than a sub-brand, while still pointing back to the company behind it.
I explored 61 logo directions and five color palettes, then built the chosen direction into a brand guide covering the logo, color, type, voice, episode badges, thumbnails, and social templates.
The first 20 of 61 logo explorations.

Made while I worked at ChurchTrac. ChurchTrac owns its brands and products, and some of these pieces are drafts and concepts that haven’t launched yet. They’re shown here as samples of my work.
Need a brand, a campaign, or a story told well?
The same thinking goes into every church project. Packages start at $800 a month.
